Now, it’s time to have a celebration for the team members or for the whole organization.
Why
This is an investment for future programs, as it reminds people that they are all working toward the same goal.
Who
The program manager organizes and facilitates the event.
How
The celebration can range from a simple gathering of team members in the company with a cake all the way to a fancy event in a venue with great catering and family members and external stakeholders present. The choice depends on how large and important the program was and how much the organization wants to invest in its future.
Regardless, make sure it’s a memorable and enjoyable event and not just a boring corporate event with long rambling speeches.
