What is P1.express?
P1.express is a libre, minimalist task management method for individuals.
It’s a method, not a piece of software or a guide. It gives you a step-by-step, human-first approach to efficient task management.
Being minimalist means that it avoids clutter by focusing on the most essential aspects. It’s non-commercial and libre and doesn’t limit you by copyright constraints.
Why P1.express?
You probably have tasks that come from multiple projects, hobbies, friends and family, and other aspects of your life. Managing them is not easy, and it can become overwhelming. P1.express is created to make that a little easier for you.
How does P1.express work?
This method has 8 activities in 4 cycles of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly management. These cycles help you manage your work in four different levels of detail and, hopefully, give you more control.
Most task management systems use a prioritizing system, which usually creates buried tasks: those that are on the bottom of the list and never get to the top to be done. To avoid that common problem, P1.express uses a postponing system.
