What is NUPP?
NUPP is a collection of nearly universal principles of projects: those we’d do well to follow in all projects, regardless of the methodologies and approaches that we use.
Why NUPP?
Because some of the things we do to manage our projects tend to lose their meaning after a while without us noticing it. Then, they will keep taking our energy without creating any results. Having a principle-first approach helps reduce that risk and keep project management activities fruitful.
How does NUPP work?
Using NUPP is simple: have a list of the 6 principles handy, and whenever you want to make a decision or do something significant, check it with the principles and make sure it’s compatible with all of them. At the beginning, it may take time, but eventually, you become faster at it and do it automatically.
The Project Ecosystem
OMIMO is a family of the following modules, each designed to solve a different set of problems. There’s no single “best” module, but the right choice depends on your situation. Instead of picking the most popular type of module, identify your primary problems, then choose the module that addresses it best.
