A10 – Project kick-off

If the project is approved in the previous activity, it’s time for all stakeholders to get together, and start the project by a kick-off.

This kick-off meeting is a team-building opportunity. It’s best to spend one full day on it, outside the company. People from different companies (if there are) spend time networking with each other. The Project Manager facilitates this with entertaining activities.
