A new section for announcements added to the website

In the past, our only channel of communication was the announcement emails. Now we’ve also added an announcements section to the website (https://p3.express/announcements/) for two main reasons:

  1. It creates a centralized place for storing all significant events that everyone can use to understand the history of P3.express.
  2. It comes with RSS feed, which some people find more suitable for following content than using email.
