Adding invigilation to OMIMO exams

In the past, the Accredited Trainers were asked to vote whether to have invigilation for OMIMO exams. A little more than 50% of trainers voted on not having invigilation. Based on that, the exams have been delivered without invigilation until now. However, given the broad availability of LLMs, it’s necessary to add invigilation to protect the integrity of the exams.

All exam vouchers issued on January 1st, 2027, or after that will require invigilation. The vouchers issued before that time remain unchanged.

There will be two types of invigilated exams:

  1. In-person invigilation, when the candidate and the Accredited Trainer are in the same physical location and the trainer acts as the invigilator during the exam.
  2. Online invigilation, when the exam is taken online.

Only Accredited Trainers can order vouchers with in-person invigilation. Others only have the online invigilation option.

A €19.60 invigilation cost will be added to vouchers with online invigilation.
