About Elżbieta Kotelnicka

Elżbieta Kotelnicka is a project management trainer and consultant based in Poland. She is among the first trainers of OMIMO modules in Poland and has been involved in training and advisory work related to management practices for many years.

She graduated from the University of Warsaw with a degree in econometrics and began her career at the Institute of Foreign Trade Trends and Prices, where she worked on analyses related to the effectiveness of foreign trade. She later collaborated with consulting companies on economic, financial, and marketing analyses for small and medium-sized enterprises.

In the 1990s, she worked as a project manager at Financial Services Limited (FSL) and Business Europe. Since then, she has worked as a trainer and consultant with organizations such as CRM SA, Process Team, Synergit, Wojwer, Academy of Science, Academy of Information Culture, and Gdańsk University of Technology (MBA program).

Over the course of her career, she has provided training and advisory services to social organizations, NGOs, public administration, and private companies across multiple sectors.
