The Leadership Self-Assessment is published and available to practitioners and trainers:

You can use this self-assessment as a practitioner to evaluate your leadership capabilities and plan for improvements. You can also use it as a coach or trainer to evaluate a group of people and use that information to direct your course or workshop and make it more useful to your audience.

This self-assessment uses the behavior model presented in the Leader’s Behavior Compass to evaluate individuals. However, anyone can use the assessment, and familiarity with the Compass is not necessary.
